Young Heart Patient Ryan’s Dream of Becoming a Pilot Comes True
Make-A-Wish Foundation helped make the dream of 11-year-old Ryan, who is living with a heart condition, come true by giving him the opportunity to experience life as an airline pilot.
As part of a special event at Miami International Airport, Ryan arrived at the airport in a limousine before spending the day touring the terminal and maintenance hangars, where he had the chance to explore aircraft up close.
The highlight of the day came when Ryan took the captain’s seat in a full-flight simulator, sharing the unforgettable experience with his mother and siblings. The event was made possible through the support of FEAM Aero, Atlas Air Worldwide, and Miami International Airport.
Make-A-Wish Foundation said the experience created lasting memories for Ryan and his family and thanked all partners who helped turn his dream into reality.
